I'm posting this notice because I just received some documents in the mail. Perhaps, you did a google search and you have found this post looking for advice. The mailer looks like it is a required, corporate form that you must fill out (and pay the $125 fee, of course). Quick advice: IGNORE THIS AND THROW IT AWAY IMMEDIATELY. Note the following: In small print, on the envelope that the letter came with, take note of the words "THIS IS NOT A GOVERNMENT DOCUMENT." Of course, this is in small print. But, it is the most important bit of information that will save you the bucks. Certainly, the government requires everything contained in the "disclosure statement: BUT, you are not required to return this form nor are you required to pay this dough. So, simply put, use this document to remind you of your corporate duties under the law. But, PLEASE, throw it away as soon as you finish reading. Oh yes...Janice receives the sdame stuff for her corporation. They make it llook as "official" as possible, but it's just a private company doing something you can do yourself.
