I opened the door and the snow blew in. I get off on such little things like nature in the moment. It is so windy that it blew part of my boat's awning off. Everyday you never know what is coming or going to happen. My dog seems as excited as I am with the snow. The Lake is moving so fast, it's oceanlike. The wind is still and one would never know of the earlier events today. Everything melted quickly before pictures. I have some from another time when the snow was really grest here, but I never have mastered posting picture. One year it snowed really hard enough to cover my front and back yard, so in the morning it looked like we were in the mountains. My friend went out and made snowballs, and we kept them in the freezer for quite a while. Being born and raised in good old California, I always go out in the snow and/or hail like a kid. Today it was hard and fast, then as I said earlier the sun came out too soon and that was the end of my fairy tale for now. lol White always is beautiful in nature, so clean and pure.
