When you think of it at first you may grimace, and say oh no more increases! But when you figure how minimal .41 cents is in today's economy, you can smile and relax. The prices of "GAS" are a whole other subject unless you live in GB or other countries where they have known the large expense of petrol for years.  There is a generic stamp called "Forever" that has no price on the face and can always be used as the prices soar. The fact that they made this one makes me think they are planning another raise sooner than later. Better than the "Pony Express"  --------------------------------------------------------
