So the other night, the wife stopped by Carrillos, and she got real lucky..it was late, but they were making a HUGE batch of tamales. She grabbed both chicken and beef and I gotta tell you..they were just WONDERFUL! Carrillos always makes good stuff (like hand made tortillas) but these were simply exceptional! One of the main principals of kosher slaughtering is that the animal is one of God's creatures and should not be caused any undue pain or suffering.
