I think I am gonna smoke a brisket for most of the day. When they arrive I will take it off the heat and then change to some chicken for those that don't want go for the beef. Also, we are going to go to Gelson's to get some summer veggies to grill up as well! What a hoot! Its $15.00 a person and worth every penny. Tons of vendors...all kinds of Cajun food booths and ongoing Cajun music. The weather is cooler than usual so expect crowds if you go. Today we're headed for a campground in Frasier Park. We're joing our son and his family there for a BBQ lunch. Do ya see a pattern here? This way I dont have to cook all weekend.
