For you Costco fans...

Went to our Costo here in Northridge the other day. It was strictly a "food" trip. When we got the meat/fish section we saw salmon, but it was farm raised. (Don't know if you know about those or not, but not only are they full of nonsense because of what they are fed, but they also FEED them food coloring so they look orange...ew...they also don't have as much flavor as a "natural" salmon.) So we were thinking about taking a pass on the salmon and then we looked over at this fresh fish area..and they had Alaskian Copperhead river salmon!!

This has got to be one of the best fish on the planet so we grabed a filet. For 9 bucks, this thing fed 4 of us and man, was it GOOD!! Grilled up lightly, with a tarter sauce barely spread on it and it was heaven on a plate!

Not sure how long they are gonna have that so for you Costo folks, I rate that fresh Alaskian Salmon a 10!

Yum!

That's the best salmon on the planet, IMHO.
