Turduckhen?

Have any of you ever heard of a turdukhen? Apparently its a deboned chicken inside a deboned duck inside a deboned turkey that still has its legs and looks like just a stuffed turkey. Its a cajun food they tell me. A friend of mine ordered it online and it was delivered in CA from back east in dry ice.

Anything that starts with turd, I'd be concerned about

I've heard of it, but never tried it. Are you going to your friend's house for Thanksgiving?

No we're still in PS and will head home tomorrow afternoon. Wish us luck far as traffic!

No, like Larry said I want something that ends with a turd not something that begins with one.

Oh great! First Mexico is out and now this! Yeah but do they come down here on turkey day? We are here Mon-Thurs morning and hopefully pass all the crowds on our way home.

Really? Why?!? What's there? Except for a friend who lives in Indian Springs, there's nothing in the area that appeals to me.

No, wait. There are some great hiking destinations nearby. San Jacinto Peak is one of my favorites.

On the news they interviewed some people. Not scientific or anything, but they were saying that a)they don't want to fly because it is a hassle these days and b)gas prices are too high to go much farther.

I still have to ask... Why Palm Springs? What's there? I can think of several more enticing and slightly closer places to visit I'd go to before PS (such as Big Bear Lake).

Dont be...It was kind of a working vacation. Armed with our Christmas lists we finished our shopping. Shopped 8 hours a day 3 straight days in a row....and then waved to all the people headed south as we drove north on turkey day.
