Costco's BBQ Ribs

I shopped at Costco last weekend and bought some BBQ ribs. I think they were rotisseried, and MAN! -- where they good! I also bought a tub of red potato salad. Mmmm...mmm..mmmm...! Dinner was great last Saturday night. Rob and I save the bones for Buddy and Jack.

Has anyone tried these Costco ribs? I highly recommend it. They're usually with the rotisserie chicken.

Janice bought some there a while back. Very good and very messy!

This is my kinda "cooking" and they are terrific. Just unpackage and warm up on a cookie sheet covered with foil. REALLY really good! And, I agree with Marie, their red potato salad goes well with them.......and.......their new Asian packaged salad. Thats good too.

Really yummy stuff!

We also like the stuffed salmon filets. They are wrapped filets, stuffed with crab and shrimp.

Jenny Craig has snuck into our lives and her idea of dieting so even going to COSTCO these days is a challenge. I paid the annual fee and bought onto the program just to see what it was about.

Its about buying 14 Smart Ones for 1/3 the price at the grocery store and having one for lunch and one for dinner with a healthy 200 cal snack inbetween basically.

And slowly but surely its working......by training us that its all about portions. We craved spaghetti last night so I bought two Lean Cuisine 300 cal frozen dinners and made a salad. Yes it would be cheaper to make your own and eat less.....We'd eat til it was gone!

Mr B has lost 35 pounds.....and Im losing too.

That's wonderful!! Way to go!

I seriously need to get back to Weight Watchers. We have a meeting available at Pepperdine, or I can go back to our old group. Maybe America Ferrara will still be there

Does Pepperdine absorb any of the cost? Just being accountable to a stranger for your weight each week can be a real motivator.

Yes, I am pretty sure they do. I'm not sure how much, though.
