I have a deep fryer which has never been used. I was looking to try a new chicken style, so I took a couple of thighs after washing and not breading or seasoning and popped them into the hot oil for quite a while it seemed.

The skin was more crispy than I have ever had it and the chicken was so moist with locked in natural juices.

A pleasant surprise. After draining, there was no grease at all.

I thought only fish repelled the grease? Well a delicious new way for me.

Hummm... Maybe a new fast food restaurant? "Sandi's Skin-Fried Chicken" (SSFC!)
