I tried this recipe a few days ago, and it turned out really good! If you like lemon with chicken, then you'll love this! The chicken totally absorbed the white wine, lemon and garlic. Very yummy for the tummy! I suggest you serve it over hot rice to counter the strong lemon taste. But, I cooked mine for 4 hours setting the crock pot to "high" instead of 8 to 10 hours on "low". Heady with lemon and garlic in a white wine sauce, this easy entree works beautifully for entertaining, so you can focus your attentions on the rest of the meal.
