I've decided to simply cut calories since January 10th. My major consumption stoppage is soda. I haven't had a coke in about three and a half weeks.
Since January 10th, I have lost nearly 14 pounds... I'm feeling really good. I'm appreciating food a lot better... I hope that I can make it a life change.
Rather than go on some crash diet, I still eat the regular things I like... I just watch how much, and estimate my calorie intake. I'm trying to limit myself to around 1500 calories a day.
So far, so good. Good luck with your weight loss, as well.
My problem is that I get excited at an obvious change, and then I go off the wagon.
