Portabello mushrooms (this time from Gelson's) cooked with some light olive oil and salt and then treated like a burger, complete with bun! Y U M M Y! There's a little restaurant over in TO where my sis and I go once in a while. They make a sandwich with pita bread stuffed with a portabello mushroom and veggies.
