I made this for my workmates weekly breakfast club this week and it was a hit..... Great way to have a sweet breakfast.
Wanna try it? Low in fat too, so eat a Big Mac afterwards if you have withdrawl.

I originally got this off the net and adjusted it a bit, adding granola, vanilla yogurt, etc....

This is to serve 4

You need:
3 cups of nonfat vanilla yogurt
2 cups cottage cheese
A can of chopped fruit... Tropical fruit is usually best, but fruit salad or cocktail is fine.. you might want to drain most of the sauce
2-4 cups of granola, depending on how crunchy you want it
2 cups of chopped almonds (Note: I was lucky enough to find a granola and almonds in one carton at the market)
Bottle of honey

- In a separate bowl, put in the fruit and sprinkle honey on it... Mix the fruit and honey together
- In another bowl, combine the yogurt and cottage cheese ...... Stir it all together and add some of the granola/almond mixture as you're mixing...
- On top of the mixture, top it off with the honey/fruit mixture..... Then add the remaining granola/almonds on top...
Woo hoo! Breakfast Sundae!
