Another Outing
12/11/03, 10:42pm
Did another solo camping trip with K.C. yesterday. It still got rather frosty. It must have been around 30 because I had ice on my windshield and tent and a light frost on the ground. I was planning on downloading photos tonight, I got a ton to download, but that stupid laptop is going to drive me insane.

No steaks and potatoes this time. A bowl of corn pops and skim milk by the fire. A nearly full moon really lit up the woods good last night. Sitting in camp and looking across the placid still waters of Pinelog creek and seeing the trees illuminated by the moon on the other side of the creek was breathtakingly beautiful. I tried to get a pic but it was too dark for my camera to see.

I have been doing so much camping of late that I am starting to refer to my camping fees, $5.00 per night, as rent.
