I am trying to post a photo but Webshots has changed their website and it has thrown a major bug into my photo process. I'll try to make the post as I can work around this complication.

Looks like you figured out the problem with your new post? If not, let me know. It *MIGHT* be that webshots has stopped the ability to link pictures outside of their site (bandwidth issues).

Quite the contrary, actually. Webshots has never supported linking before, but they just started allowing that with the recent extremely ugly revamping of their site.

As a visitor (since I host my photos on my own server, my only recent experience with photo hosting sites is as a visitor to other people's galleries), Webshots is by far my least favorite. Especially after the recent update. Ugly as sin, slow as hell, difficult to navigate, slow as hell (needs repeating), and now it uses Flash to display photos. Ugh!

My favorite, by a long shot, is Smugmug. A close second favorite would be PBase.

Ditto, I've never liked Webshots. I tried it out once and downloading the photos took forever. And I dislike looking at other's albums because the photos take forever to come up and the ads are horrible.
