Fishing and Camping in that order.

Me and a police buddy and his kids were invited to fish and camp on a large private lake. We headed out around noon on Saturday. Since its was getting down to 25 degrees that night we decided to take a motorhome to keep warm in since we decided to fish all night.

I went to get the boat and was to meet them at the camp site. Everthing went good and we met up. Craig leveled the camper while I launched the boat. Then we hit water with multiple fishing poles.

We started catching alot of fish during the warm part of the day as it tapered off toward the evening.

I built a huge fire as Craig called out for several pizzas. (ROUGHING IT) While waiting, we began getting setting up for the cold night ahead. We soon found out that the generator was out of gas and we had no lights, nor heat. So I built the fire bigger and threw on some lightered wood to make it hotter.

Just before dark we went our seperate ways while Craig waited on the pizza guy. We all began fishing again, to meet at the camper when it was dark.

I like to fish with ultra light gear and light line. So I had a 10 foot rod and an ultra light reel with 4 lb test line. A home made rig. I cast one time and caught the biggest Bass I had ever caught in my life.

(shot with a cam/phone)

We fished to 4:30 a.m. and hit the sack. Woke up at 6:30 a.m. and started fishing again.

At 10: a.m. we dicided to go. We decided to take pictures and let all the fish go. After this we found out that the battery was dead in the camper. We cleaned up and abandoned ship. I took the camper to Craig's house and we left the camper there to get it later.

(I keep getting an Internal Error trying to load the picture, if someone can help with this).
