Have any of you added this extension to Firefox? Seems to tweak things a bit.......but not sure how.

Where did you see it? I can't find it on the Firefox Extension pages.

A few months ago there were some tutorials floating around about some configuration changes you could make to Firefox to speed it up. This extension is probably just doing that for you. I never made those configuration changes. The speed increase was supposedly pretty small, and I've never had a complaint with it being too slow anyway.

I found it by clicking on the Mozilla icon in the upper right corner. Hey every little bit helps.

When I searched the extension site for it yesterday morning it didn't find anything. I just tried again and this time I found the extension. Looks like it has pretty good user reviews, though one person mentioned that it actually slowed down his connection. It also sounds like it's aimed more toward dialup users than someone who already has a fast connection.

Only thing Ive noticed is that it has a page load timer so now I know exactly how looooooong it takes here when Robs BBS goes south.
