Why is our general nature filled with so much negativity? I was looking at A.J.'s baptism vid (the short one), when I noticed that the video was linked on a blog.

I posted a comment, but it may not make it. Essentially, I was taking the people to task. I imagine I might make things worse, though.

This feels just like the adoption debacle a few years back.

I left a comment (as did your mom). All three of them got through, so you gotta give Gerald that.

It makes me laugh to think of a bunch of self-proclaimed holy people ridiculing a minister for not dunking a baby all the way to the crown of his head, or for allowing the celebrants to be exuberant.

One of those strange things... it is a major statement on our society as a whole with the attitudes of these people who are actually supposed to be on our side.

I can expect it from "layfolk," if you will, but when the clergy was entering the fray, that's when I was set off.
