Here is a law-related question that I received as a member
of lawguru.com. This is another one for the funny files... at
first, it sounded serious... then, pow...

Subject: question concerning if i can file a lawsuit under
these conditions

Body:
dear lawguru.com,

i have an interesting situation. me and my girlfriend had been
going out for over a year plus. and when she got involved with
me, she told me that she was ''raped''. so i kept the
relationship with her, to help her out with her issues.
however, a couple months later her friend, whom she knew for
over five to six years told me that she didn't get raped, and
that she had consent intercourse with him. she never told me
this. so my question is, can i sue her under any grounds? or
take legal action against her?
