Sure, there are plenty of sex shops in Texas... and how they get around these laws is, apparently, to adhere to a loophole where they say that the toys are sold as "novelties only." I guess this means: sold just to stare at em and not to use em, 'cause if you were to use 'em, you'd be a naughty, NAUGHTY person. The Tupperware-like company failed to properly advise this particular lady so she would have a "sold as novelties only" sign on her during the sex toy parties... and, as a result, the powers that be caught up with her.
