I did a double take, during the reading. It isn't April Fool's Day, right? He may indeed give a free pass to some..but maybe he will start to clamp down on others. I wasn't condemning the idea, really. If it means that Mexicans can freely come and go back (like Canadians) when that Mexican can show the s/he has a job here, I say... cool. Just surprised that the proposal was being made by a Republican President in an election year, especially.
