DEAL OR NO DEAL

Well, I find myself watching "Deal or no Deal" a new game ? show with Howie Mandel as the compare.

I must have too much time on my hands lol or no quality TV on at the moment...

I am surprised that this lady hesitated in accepting $375,000. It didn't cost her anything to go on the show and she had a decision where she might have only won .01!!!

Greed...I love to gamble, but when it is in your face...here take it...???

I love trivia shows that I can impress "myself" with knowledge mostly. This show takes nothing but guessing what briefcase has the smallest numbers inside of it.

I am replying to myself...lol. I cannot believe that no one is watching this show. It is a thrill for me to vicariously live through these hopeful people. All they have to have is "luck" in guessing the correct boxes.

Evidently lots ARE watching, 'cause the ratings are soaring.

Mindless entertainment. But fun! You can even play by text message.

I tried to watch once. Admittedly, I didnt give it much of a chance, but what I saw was pretty darn boring to me.

/and I happen to like Howie Mandel

Me too. I loved him in the old St Elsewhere.

And for your other post, Rob, I just finished the last season ofSix Feet Under and I absolutely agree with your comments about the series finale. It stayed with me a few days...

My favorite Howie Mandel show was Good Grief. That one didn't last very long, though.

Did you guys know that he has a "thing" about touching people? Watch him..he never shakes hands with anybody on the show.

Like Howard Hughes, huh? That must have made it a bit difficult for Howie to have his three kids...

According to IMDB, he's also color blind.

I have no idea if Howie Mandell is bald. Could be. Every time I see him on the Tonight Show he's wearing a hat.
