[SPOILER ALERT, BILL, IF YOU DIDN'T SEE LAST NIGHT]...

Now that was a strange show. What was the strategy in not trying to get Maggie out? In hindsight, as she didn't win the latest HOH, it didn't hurt the sovereign 3... but she was the only one on "their side" who had won HOH in the past.

But, SAVE Maggie with the veto? Marie and I were really scratching our heads with that one...

I actually watched the show live because I wanted to see Jen leave! In fact, everytime one of the houseguests would vote, "I vote to evict Jen", I would say, "Goodbye Jen!". Nice show!

You didn't get the thing with Maggie? She was vetoed so that Ivette could be put up and thus, James AND beau would HAVE to vote out Jen. (Janelle IS a chess player!).

At this point, I am now hoping that Rachel is the winner. I have no insight but so far, of the people in the house, I think I "like" her the most. Howie is still nuts and needs to control himself a bit, but he DOES make for some good TV!

Note to all future houseguests...maybe saying things like "phuck America" is a not a good idea....

But Jen was not the ringleader of the group, and Jen was not a particularly good player. Maggie is the obvious choice, with Yvette a clear second.

In hindsight, neither of those two won the HOH, but imagine how much quicker Beau would have been on the HOH trigger finger with the fresh anger that his partner was gone (there is no way that Maggie would have been voted out by her own side, and she would have therefore stayed in the house)?

The removal of Jen was solely vindictive and not in the best interests of the game. The only reason Jen won HOH was because she played the crying game and made promises that she didn't keep.

Unfortunately, I think Rachel will be the next to go.

Yes but, as you know, BB is often played on an emotional scale and not really decent strategy. And of course, the "games" for Veto, HOH and food always tend to mix things up.

I think that James must be having a ball! The focus is off of him and aimed at everybody else now. Curious...the entire "James is a liar" thing came from Ivette..and now they are buddies!

So, when do you think that Janelle is going to do her Playboy shoot?

Yup. This vote will be very insightful on this issue. If the friendship votes out Howie, they are going solely by emotion and not strategy. Rachel is clearly the better player.

What a lucky sonuvabitch (and probably the greatest player ever on the show).

>So, when do you think that Janelle is going to do her Playboy

Whenever that is, I'm gonna buy it.

I think she is very beautiful.

Proof is in the Tivoing. Slow-mo Rachel, Ivette, or April, and they make the most ugly facial movements. Even in slo-mo, Janelle looks great.

Why was I slo-mo'ing to look at faces? Marie got a call during the show, and I was bored.

They call themselves "The friendship", but I like James' name for them.."The Girl Scouts".

And WHAT is with Ivette? She is loud, she is annoying and she is a whiner...hard to stand that one!

That's what Howie keeps saying...but to me, the greatest player, SO FAR, has been Dr. Will. That guy not only won the game, but he had a great summer doing it! If James wins the game, I may just revisit that opinion.

He DOES do great at the veto comps...but if Jen hadn't had her head up her butt, then he would gone now.

And of course, it is sorta rotten that they are calling Rachel, "old". First off, *I* am older and second off..she is in DARN good shape for an "old" lady!

At this point, I'm rooting for James or Janelle to win BB. I wanted Janelle to win HOH so badly!! April, that lucky chick! The darn "friendship" group wins again.

Ick! I agree with you. I so don't want her to win. Ivette has some serious issues.

The wife and I had a discussion about if they should let the hampsters know about the disaster in the south or not. I mean..they have a right to know but then...they ARE providing entertainment as a relief from the news.

What do you guys think? Should the hampsters be let in on what is happening, or should they remain as cartoon characters for the rest of us? If they ARE told, how will that change the game?

Marie and I briefly discussed this last Thursday when Howie again referred to himself as "Hurricane Howie."

Unless any of the house guests (and/or jurors) have family or friends affected, I would say no.

I hope America gets to vote who the winner will be! I'm rooting for Maggie now, because she seems to be the only "real" person in the BB house. My next choice is Janelle. Unfortunately, she is out numbered by the "friendship" group. Unless, of course, she wins HOH next, and she wins POV the week after. She may just have a chance!

Maggie's "gift" of HOH to Ivette was a class act thing to do... for that, she is the only one of the "fiendship" that I care to see win it all.

SPOILER ALERT, BILL RE: THURSDAY NIGHT'S EPISODE...

Marie has proven herself to be the ultimate actress as of Thursday night.

The bad part about jokersupdates.com is that you can know what happens east coast time...

Marie was reading the updates (I keep telling her not to)... I didn't know, at the time last night, but she -- in a saddened tone -- said: "Oh, I know who wins tonight."

I was convinced it was bad news.

Go, Janelle!

Now, how to figure out how to change one of the Fiendship's votes to Janelle, so Janelle can win the whole thing.

Heh..it took me till Saturday to watch the tape from Thursday!!

I don't know who will win, but if it comes down to Janelle and anyone else, I would hope that she wins it because she has really been the dominant player in this game.

And, oh what a surprise..Jennifer is bitch in real life too!!!

(Jennifer will go down in BB history as the lying bitch that SAID that she would keep a promise "on her life" and then..well...didn't. Makes for great TV but I can't imagine how she gonna keep her hair clean..after EVERYBODY tries to lay a spit wad in it!)

ICK! I can't stand Jennifer! If April is telling the truth that Jennifer doesn't have a lot of friends, that we can all see why. She's a b*tch and a half!

I'm rooting for Janelle right now. I know that Maggie is probably a really nice person, but from what I've read on "jokersupdate", I'm not so sure about her.

I know that Janelle is out-numbered, but I'm still hoping that she wins!

Now the "nerd herd" must know that America hates them, because Janelle has been America's Choice.

Go, Janie!

Yea, the "3 bitches" really showed their dark side when Janny was out of the house watching a TV show.

Almost over..next is...Survivor!

(I would LOVE to see Survivor online, wouldn't you?)

I'm dying to see BB tonight. I'm watching the feeds right now, and it's part 1 of the HOH comp., and it's also for the combination of the last unopened safe.

I'm really rooting for Janelle. She played the game really well.
