I have been continually trying to advertise the baseballgeeks site to get more usership. I was surprised to discover that during the last few days, I was getting hoardes of hits. I couldn't figure out where it was coming from without checking the referral log. It seems that a lot of Googlers had a strong desire to find news on Moises Alou and his urinating on his hands as an alternative to the batting glove. The average baseball news link on BaseballGeeks gets maybe 3 or so clickthroughs. As of this writing, the Alou article news link has gotten 130 clickthroughs. Probably grabs the bar of soap/white thing in the bottom of the urinal to lather with.....I can't believe I actually resorted to using humor that grotesque.
