Dr. Rub is gonna get mad at me because I know he is a believer in "jinxing" and such, and I am willing to GUARANTEE that this is the only reason that he hasn't said anything.

In fact, I think he will refrain from even responding to this thread, for fear that he'll jinx the Bosox.

The reality is that the Bosox should be praised for their incredible, clutch play in the last three games. Bottom line, though, is I have very little confidence that they'll beat the "hated ones" four in a row (two in Yankee stadium).

If the Bosox do manage to do the impossible (I *DO* want them to win a World Series, already), the big question will be: will the New York fans step up and not be idiots by rioting?

By the way, I am posting this with 2 outs, Tony Clark up... a swing of the bat could change this whole post entirely...

Game 7 should be great....I hope

I would love to see the Bosox make it.

I think Dr. Rub is probably still dealing with his Braves going home early

I had 7 favorite teams going into this post season. I honestly can tell you that I could care less who wins the World Series, as long as it isn't those damn Yankees.

Death to the Yankees! The Taliban baseball team could have been trying to win Game 7 tonight versus the Yankees & I would have still been pulling against the Yankees.

I truly hate those SOBs, more than any other sports franchise in any sport, at any level! I would seriously not be bothered or sorry if the Yankees franchise just dropped off the face of the earth. I'd love to take a piss on George Steinbrenner's grave whenever he decides to croak over & die.

I'm sorry for the offensive comments if my comments on this topic has offended anyone. This is not a subject to get me started on.

To be honest Larry, I wasn't all that depressed when the Braves were eliminated. It wasn't a big deal. I've seen it too many times before. I would have been far far more sick & disgusted if the Yankees had advanced to the World Series & won it!

It's not really about having a favorite team in baseball anymore with me. I have 29 favorite teams in baseball. I'm for whoever can beat the Yankees.

Lol! I hear ya!

Its sort of like my son's UCLA tee shirt that says, " I root for the Bruins or whoever is playing USC."
