Bubba went to the big tent meeting and listened to the preacher. After a while, the preacher asked anyone with needs to come forward and be prayed over. Bubba got in line. When it was his turn, the preacher said, "Bubba, what you want me to pray about?" Bubba said, "Preacher, I need you to pray for my hearing. " So the Preacher put one finger in Bubba's ear, and the other hand on top of his head, and prayed a while. After a few minutes, he removed his hands and said, "Bubba, how's your hearing now?" I did what every new dad should have done. I spent the entire day with Jake and my dad. Kelly got me a card and in it she had took Jake's hand and drawn an outline of it with lines going to a baseball. I read it twice and the tears started flowing and wouldn't stop. What a great feeling. | |

It was a 16th birthday gift from a mother who wanted to do something special for her son. The mother probably wanted to do something to embarrass her son and his friends.
